Class Descriptions
Turbokick – A fast paced, no contact kickboxing workout that combines classic boxing and martial arts movement with a hip-hop groove.
Cycling or Spinning – This class uses stationary cycling bikes to simulate an outdoor ride. Experience hills, sprints, flats and jumps while listening to inspiring, fresh music. The best thing is that although cycling is a challenging workout, it requires no special experience, equipment or coordination! Just bring a towel and some water.
